Privacy Policy
Last updated 27 July 2026
Thirvu Solutions B.V. ("Thirvu", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This website collects almost nothing, and this policy is short because there is little to tell.
1. Who is responsible
Thirvu Solutions B.V., KvK 96575778, Ceintuurbaan 15, 8022 AW Zwolle, the Netherlands, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: mail@thirvu.com.
2. What we process, and why
- Forms. We receive the details you fill in the form, and we use them only to respond to your request.
- Email correspondence. If you email us directly, we process the correspondence to handle your enquiry and any follow-up you ask for.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, time of access, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
- Website analytics (self-hosted). We use a cookieless analytics tool hosted on our own EU infrastructure, to understand how visitors use this site and to improve it. This data contains no personal identifiers and is never sold or shared.
We do not use advertising, third-party tracking, or profiling on this website. We do not sell your data.
3. Legal basis
We process contact details on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and, where your enquiry concerns our services, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
4. How long we keep it
We keep what you send us while we are handling your request and any resulting business relationship, and a maximum of 18 months after that. Where the law requires us to keep something longer, for example the seven-year tax retention obligation for administration, we do. Server logs are kept for a short rotating period and removed automatically.
5. Who receives it
This website is hosted by an EU-based hosting provider, and email correspondence is stored in our business email system. All our providers are EU based, and a current list is available to customers on request via mail@thirvu.com. Beyond these providers, no third parties receive your data.
6. International transfers
We keep processing within the European Economic Area where possible. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
7. Cookies
This website sets no analytics or marketing cookies. Our self-hosted analytics tool works entirely without cookies. Any technical storage it uses is strictly necessary for the site to function, and no consent banner is required for that.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Email mail@thirvu.com and we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published here applies from the date shown above.
